Our 6 steps to your success
To be part of our organization, you should have successfully passed the 6 steps in our recruitment process. An important and specific step (immersion day) awaits you in the 5th round to come and share with us within our organization a work session day with our various consultants and managers.
Our Interview process:
Assessment testDuring step 4 in our recruitment process and after succeeding all previous interview steps, you will be invited to an assessment test. Which is good news: it means that we are interested in your application and want to know more about you.
During this assessment, we try to find out much more about your skills such as your personality. We do this through classic tests such as logic testing, but also by offering you missions to perform in a fictitious work environment. When you perform them, you are observed and judged if you have the behaviors and knowledge useful to the function.
